Head towards Weymouth and Portland on the A354. Once you enter the town boundary, keep following the signs A354 Portland at each roundabout exit at all times (your Sat Nav may not work initially as you will enter on the new By-Pass road). You will eventually see Radipole Lake nature reserve on your left hand side. Go straight ahead at the first set of major traffic lights following signs A354 and you will then see Weymouth harbour and inner marina which again will be on your left hand side. Again go straight ahead at the next major set of traffic lights, continuing to follow signs to A354 Portland. The road will now start going uphill. Continue straight ahead uphill through two more sets of traffic lights until you start to go downhill and then get ready to turn left on to Rodwell Avenue at the next set of traffic lights. Follow Rodwell Avenue all the way down to a mini roundabout and take the 3rd exit going right into Newtons Road and then the next right going into 'The Maltings' housing development. Follow your way along this road as it snakes round to the left and up a hill before going round to the right and at the end, turn right and follow the road straight ahead and down into a car parking area. The property is number 9, and is on the right hand side of the two rows of houses directly in front of you as you enter the car park.
